I am a philosopher and researcher at the University of Antwerp and Ghent University in Belgium. My doctoral research centers on sexual harassment in (Flemish) academia. My first book, Over de schreef: Macht en grenzen aan de universiteit (loosely translated as Crossing the line: Power and boundaries at the university) was published in Dutch in 2025 by Letterwerk. I am interested in translating this book to English in the future.
I am passionate about bringing insights from my research to a wider audience. I facilitate dialogue and add nuance to societal debates through op-eds, essays, panel talks, lectures, workshops, and reading groups.
My doctoral research has allowed me to develop an expertise on transgressive behavior that is widely applicable both in academic and cultural organizations and in corporate organizational structures. I offer the following services:
